Safety Manager - Textile Spinning Mill

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Safety Manager to lead Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives across our textile spinning mill. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe workplace by implementing safety standards, statutory compliance, risk management, and employee safety awareness programs. Key Responsibilities ✔ Develop and implement EHS policies, safety procedures, and SOPs ✔ Ensure compliance with Factory Act, Labour Laws, Fire & Safety, and statutory regulations ✔ Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits ✔ Lead incident investigations and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) ✔ Organize safety training, toolbox talks, mock drills, and awareness programs ✔ Monitor PPE usage and workplace safety compliance ✔ Coordinate fire safet
