South Indian Bank : Junior Officer Sales position LAP mortgage sales for Delhi NCR location

Location- Delhi NCR

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)

Minimum 2–3 years work experience in mortgage sales in any Bank/NBFC.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new customers for Loan Against Property (LAP). Generate leads through field visits, referrals, DSA (Direct Selling Agents), builders, and channel partners. Understand customer funding requirements and recommend suitable LAP products. Conduct customer meetings and explain loan features, interest rates, tenure, and documentation. Collect and verify customer documents. Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for loan processing. Follow up until loan disbursement. Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals. Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets. Ensure compliance with bank/NBFC policies.
