The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction Proven experience delivering tenant improvement (TI) and retail remodel projects Strong client-facing skills with the confidence to lead conversations and build trust Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and schedule expectations Motivated to grow within a company that offers a structured development pathway What's on Offer Salary ranging from $82.000 to $115.000 USD.
