Acquisition Analyst - Relo to Altanta

A growing real estate investment firm is seeking an Acquisitions Associate to join its team. The firm focuses on industrial real estate and has an established presence across multiple U.S. markets.The Acquisitions Associate will support the full investment process, from sourcing and evaluating opportunities through underwriting, due diligence, and closing. This is a highly analytical role with exposure to senior investment professionals and opportunities to contribute directly to investment decisions.

Key ResponsibilitiesUnderwrite and evaluate potential real estate acquisitionsBuild and maintain financial models, including cash flow projections, returns analysis, and sensitivitiesAnalyze property performance, market trends, and investment opportunitiesConduct due diligence, including reviewing documentation and coordinating with third-party consultantsConduct market research and identify new investment opportunitiesAssist with sourcing, networking, and deal generationPrepare investment memos, presentations, and materials for senior leadershipPartner with finance, legal, and operations teams throughout the acquisition processPrepare reporting and presentations on investment activity and market conditions
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field xzbcwsv 2–5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, brokerage, financial analysis, or a related fieldStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong proficiency in Excel and PowerPointArgus experience preferredIndustrial real estate experience is a plusReal estate license preferred
