Job Title: Graphic Designer

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual

Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Design, or related fields. A portfolio of personal,

Job Summary:

Solize is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with basic website

knowledge, who is passionate about visual storytelling, branding, and digital

experiences. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in graphic design and

should be comfortable with website management and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, posters, infographics,

emailers, and other marketing collaterals for social media, websites,

presentations, and other marketing campaigns.

• Create and maintain website visuals, landing page banners, graphics, and UI

assets.

• Support website updates, content uploads, blogs, and media management using

WordPress/CMS platforms.

• Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all marketing and digital

assets.

• Collaborate with content, marketing, and technical teams to create compelling

visual communication.

• Optimize images and digital assets for website and campaign performance.

• Support event branding, webinar creatives, promotional campaigns and

campaign-related tasks, and digital initiatives.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, website aesthetics, and digital best

practices.

• Perform basic quality checks on website pages for formatting, responsiveness,

and visual appeal.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Sound knowledge / experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or Digital

Design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.

• Basic understanding of website management (WordPress/CMS) and website

layouts.

• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, branding, and visual

hierarchy.

• Experience in creating creatives for social media, websites, presentations, and

digital campaigns.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or website UI concepts is an added advantage.

• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.

• Good communication and collaboration skills are a must.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively without compromising

on quality.
