Job Description
Provide immediate post-operative care to surgical patients in the PACU. Monitor airway, neurological and cardiac status, manage wound care, respond to complications, and collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure safe recovery. Assess and document patient condition, deliver evidence-based nursing care, and educate patients and caregivers about treatment and follow-up.
