Location: Open to remote or hybrid - San Diego, CA, 92127 Pay range: $210,000 – $240,000 annually + stock options and bonus Shifts: Business Office Hours Duration: Contract to hire
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED10+ years of finance experience with at least 5 in FP&A within biotech or pharmaExperience with Clinical Trials/Clinical Stage Companies requiredProven ability with forecasting clinical-stage R&D programs, including CRO and clinical trial accrualsStrong financial modeling skills in Excel, ERP, and planning systems like NetSuite or AdaptiveKnowledge of US GAAP and experience preparing financials for leadership and BoardsPreferred: MBA, CPA, CFA; oncology or early-phase clinical development background
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOBLead corporate planning, forecasting, and long-term financial strategiesManage clinical trial financial models and vendor contract evaluationsPartner with leadership on budgets, cash flow, and strategic financial decisions xzbcwsv Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and investorsSupport strategic projects including financings, acquisitions, and licensing
