TheNarrate.in is a business consultancy based in Kochi that helps businesses build and scale through a structured, data-driven approach. We work across brand strategy, growth strategy, creative direction, performance marketing, website development, and operational consulting.

Rather than functioning as a traditional agency, we partner closely with founders and internal teams to solve business challenges, build scalable systems, and drive measurable growth. You'll have the opportunity to work with brands across multiple industries and contribute to meaningful business outcomes.

We're looking for a Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms, with a strong focus on measurable business results.

You'll work closely with our strategy, creative, and operations teams to scale brands through data-driven marketing and continuous experimentation.

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
• Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to improve campaign performance.
• Prepare clear performance reports and recommendations for clients.
• Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and emerging growth opportunities.
• Contribute to developing repeatable performance marketing processes and frameworks.

• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads .
• Experience with Google Ads is preferred.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and conversion funnels.
• Experience using dashboards to measure performance.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with founders and clients.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ownership.
• Prior agency or consulting experience is preferred.

• Basic Canva design skills for quick creative edits and mockups.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or Conversion API.
• Experience working with eCommerce or D2C brands.
