Role Overview

We are looking for a UX Designer with 3–4 years of experience to join the HDFC Securities design team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centric experiences across our digital products and working closely with product, technology, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms, from understanding user needs to creating wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into simple, effective, and engaging product experiences.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams to define and deliver thoughtful UX solutions.
  • Identify usability issues and continuously improve existing products based on user feedback and data.
  • Maintain consistency across experiences by following and contributing to design systems and UX guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

3–4 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.

Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping.

Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.

Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge or experience of the broking/trading domain will be an added advantage.

A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving approach.
