We're partnering with a leading PE-backed veterinary group for the appointment Hospital Director to oversee day-to-day operations, team leadership, financial performance, and business growth within a growing SPEC/ER hospital.
This role will work closely with veterinary leadership to drive operational excellence, support a positive team culture, and ensure an exceptional client and patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:Lead hospital operations and administrative functionsManage financial performance, budgeting, and key business metricsOversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance managementPartner with clinical leadership on hospital strategy and growth initiativesEnsure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and service excellenceSupport veterinarian engagement, onboarding, and professional development
Qualifications:Leadership experience within veterinary healthcare, specialty practice, or healthcare servicesStrong background in operations, people management, and financial oversightExperience managing P&Ls, budgets, and performance metricsExcellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
