Responsibilities included but not limited to:
Develop and execute the global payroll strategy, operating model, and governance frameworkEstablish and maintain payroll governance, internal controls, and risk management practices to ensure compliance and audit readiness.Collaborate with Treasury on payroll funding, banking activities, and cash flow planning.Partner with Finance and Accounting to support payroll accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.Manage year-end payroll reporting and filings across U.S. and international jurisdictions.Act as the primary escalation point for complex payroll matters.Drive payroll system enhancements, integrations, automation initiatives, and process improvements.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global payroll team, promoting accountability, accuracy, and continuous process improvement.

The annual base salary range is $175,000 to $215,000.
