Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Territory Sales Executive role based in Chengalpattu. The role involves managing and expanding the sales territory by identifying new business opportunities, onboarding and supporting distributors and retailers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The Territory Sales Executive will visit market outlets regularly, monitor stock levels and product visibility, and ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up. The position includes planning and executing local sales promotions, tracking competitor activity, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams such as supply chain and marketing to meet territory sales targets.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales or FMCG sales, preferably in dairy or food products.
- Strong skills in territory management, relationship building, and customer service.
- Ability to plan and execute route plans, achieve sales targets, and analyze sales data.
- Comfortable with on-site, market-facing work, including frequent visits to retailers and distributors.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills in English and local languages.
- Basic proficiency in using mobile or desktop tools for reporting and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Chengalpattu territory as needed.
