Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs

Build and maintain relationships with customers

Follow up on leads, appointments, and customer inquiries

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives

Maintain knowledge of current inventory and product features

Utilize phone, text, email, and social media to connect with customers

Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process

Qualifications

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Excellent communication and people skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Sales experience is helpful but not required

Compensation

$36,000 - $120,000+ per year

Qualifications

Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the dealership for extended periods of time.

Must be able to enter and exit vehicles without assistance.

Must be able to work outdoors and move between buildings, inventory lots, and customer areas in various weather conditions.

Must be able to use a computer, tablet, phone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time.

Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
