Job Description Reporting to senior operations leadership, the Project Manager / Estimator will oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial pricing and bid preparation through project execution and closeout. This role is ideal for a construction professional who enjoys both preconstruction and project management responsibilities. Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals for commercial construction projects. Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor/vendor pricing to develop competitive estimates. Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination. Manage project budgets, change orders, forecasting, and cost control activities. Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Provide regular project updates, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies to leadership. The Successful Applicant For the Project Manager / Estimator we are seeking: Proven experience in both construction estimating and project management. Background within commercial construction, general contracting, or design-build environments. Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Experience developing detailed project estimates and managing project financial performance. Strong knowledge of scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, and project execution. Proficiency with construction management and estimating software. Excellent communication, client-facing, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
