Job Details

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of complex structural engineering projects from design through delivery. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with leadership and client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and coordination efforts across multiple projects
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables from concept through construction
• Oversee and mentor teams of engineers and BIM/modeling staff
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, architects, and contractors
• Ensure successful project execution while maintaining quality and efficiency standards
• Participate in construction administration efforts including RFIs, submittals, and field coordination

Qualifications

• 7+ years of structural engineering experience (building design focus)
• Strong background in steel and concrete structural systems
• SE license required
• Proven experience managing projects and leading teams
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience with seismic design and California codes preferred
• Exposure to DSA or HCAI/OSHPD projects is a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
