Languages to be known: English and Tamil

UG Degree: Any degree (English, BA Literature – preferred)

Experience required: 1 - 2 years

Skills required :

Strong communication

Presentation skills

Basic Excel skills

Willingness to travel (Visit schools for training)

Relationship building & experience with teaching/training to audience.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Training the teachers on how to implement MIKIDS in their class.

2. Class Observation with Children to ensure the programme has created the impact in children.

3. Retraining the teachers based on the requirement. Maximizing business from existing schools by showing value to the school management.

4. For School business , number of Schools estimated to support / manage - Around 40 -50 schools

5. Travel within City limits of Trichy, Ariyalur, Perambalur, Pudukottai & Thanjure District.
