What You’ll Be DoingLead large-scale HVAC/mechanical scopes on complex, high-visibility projectsOwn the full financial picture (P&L) — budgeting, forecasting, cost controlDrive project strategy, scheduling, manpower planning, and executionAct as the face of the company with owners, GCs, and design teamsMentor and develop PMs, APMs, and field leadershipEnsure safety, quality, and performance across all phases
What They’re Looking For10+ years in mechanical/HVAC constructionExperience leading large projects ($100M+ mechanical scope or equivalent complexity)Strong financial acumen and client-facing leadershipBackground in commercial, healthcare, institutional, or mission-critical projectsOpen to traveling full-time
