MDS Nurse - LVN or RN Gateway Post Acute is seeking a knowledgeable and organized MDS Nurse - Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team. This full-time position is ideal for a detail-oriented nurse who is committed to accurate resident assessments, regulatory compliance, and high-quality care. Compensation LVN: $72,000-$78,000 annually RN: $82,000-$90,000 annually Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
