Disposal Surveyor needed in Bradford Paying £323.82 per day ref 5308318 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities Property Disposals and Acquisitions Lead the disposal of surplus land and property assets through sale, lease, transfer or redevelopment opportunities.

Valuation and Estates Management Undertake valuations for disposals, acquisitions, leasing and asset management purposes.

Provide professional advice on market values, rental assessments and property transactions.

Manage a diverse property portfolio, ensuring assets are utilised effectively and generate optimum value.

Oversee landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals, rent reviews and licence agreements.
