Role: Community Manager Location: Bengaluru (On-Ground Role, involves travel across city) Commitment: Full-Time About Age Stronger Age Stronger is a fitness community for seniors in Bangalore. We conduct group fitness sessions and Pickleball coaching. We're not in the business of the stereotype: seniors sitting around, wheelchairs, low-energy "activities." Our members show up to move, compete, and get stronger. We exist to help seniors thrive, not just stay occupied. The Role We're hiring a Community Manager to own the job of engaging and growing our community, full stop. This isn't a support role. You will run at least one event a week, on a tight budget, and you'll be the one deciding what that event should be, not waiting for us to tell you. What You'll Do
