Physical Therapist Assistant – Geriatric Rehabilitation (Skilled Nursing)

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support delivery of high-quality therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with therapeutic exercises and gait training, documenting patient progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.
