South Punjab Channel Sales Manager

Work Location: Multan

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate and execute annual/quarterly/monthly sales plan to ensure strategic and financial targets are met

2. Responsible for driving sales and daily account management activities with Key Channel Partners

3. Review and forecast Order/ Inventory/ Sell in / Out data to independently identify new sales opportunities within existing product ranges

4. Execute and Manage Commercial Strategies (MSRP, Selected Distribution Criteria, partner set evolution in territory, channel compensation scheme)

5. Conducts a minimum of ten face-to-face customer visits and three distribution partner meetings per week

6. Manage the terminal store：ensure that the booth is clean, materials are complete, samples are reasonable and demonstrations are sufficient

7. Organize dealers and shop promoters to conduct product training and examination according to the product launch rhythm

8. Conduct market research, collect competitive product information, price strategy and promotion activities, then analyze relevant countermeasures

Required Skills & Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above

2. 2+ years of channel sales experience in Key Account & Traditional

3. Strong negotiation and communication skills, experience in retail & distribution agreements is essential

4. Rich experience in marketing, terminal management and training

5. Fluent in English or Chinese (Or XX)

6. Good analytical Excel/PPT/Word and advanced presentation skills

7. Travel up to 50%
