In this role, you will: Serve a K-4 caseload (8-12 students) within a resource model, offering both pull-out direct instruction and inclusive push-in support. Provide academic as well as social/emotional guidance tailored to individual student needs. Collaborate closely with general education teachers and other specialists. Foster inclusive learning environments that champion student growth and well-being. Qualifications: Valid Professional Educator's License (PEL) or eligibility via out-of-state licensure; consult ISBE's ELIS system if needed. Experience as a Special Education Teacher in school settings. Preferred: Orton Gillingham or similar literacy intervention methods (SLANT, Wilson, Sonday, etc.). Commitment to onsite, full-time service.
