Director - Internal Audit/GRC

Hiring for a Director- Internal Audit/GRC with a leading Big 4 Consulting for Mumbai. We are looking for an Internal Audit Director to join a leading Big 4 consulting firm in Mumbai. Experience: 12-15 Years Location: Mumbai CTC: 45–55 LPA Preferred: Candidates currently working with Big 4 / Big 6 consulting firms Key Requirements: 12 years of experience in Risk-Based Internal Audit Strong expertise in GRC, SOX, IFC/Internal Financial Controls, Risk & Operational Risk or Experience in Basel III implementation and FRTB Proven experience managing Internal Audit engagements for Global Banks, Investment Banks or offshore FS clients Strong understanding of financial services risk, controls, governance and regulatory requirements Experience managing large, complex client engagements and senior stakeholders Strong Business Development and Account Management experience, including client relationship management, identifying new opportunities, growing existing accounts and supporting revenue growth Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level and senior client stakeholders Big 4 / Big 6 consulting experience preferred.
