Prompt Engineer Duration : 4+ months Location: Chicago, downtown - HYBRID is preferred, but remote candidates will also be considered Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI tools for hotel commercial services teams Partner with various teams to spot AI opportunities and choose the right solution for each use case. Run user testing, validation, and prompt refinement to ensure tools meet requirements and produce high-quality output. Collect user feedback, track adoption, troubleshoot problems, and keep improving deployed solutions. Work with technical teams on enterprise AI platforms, agent ecosystems, APIs, and larger AI products. Look for further ways to improve hotel operations through automation and emerging technologies. Requirements Hands-on experience building AI solutions with ChatGPT, OpenAI, Custom GPTs, or Microsoft Copilot. Hospitality experience is required; specifically within Sales, Events, Revenue, Loyalty, and Customer Service Ability to understand business requirements and recommend the best-fit AI technology. Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, including translating operational needs into technical solutions. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, and to collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical partners.
