Position: Client Servicing & Project Manager

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive professional who can own client relationships while ensuring seamless execution of creative projects. This role is the backbone of our delivery system—bridging clients and our internal design team to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and beyond expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for all clients
• Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations in depth
• Build long-term relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving
• Manage feedback loops and ensure clarity in communication at all stages

Project Planning & Execution

• Translate client briefs into clear internal project plans
• Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Ensure all projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards
• Anticipate risks and proactively solve bottlenecks

Team Coordination

• Work closely with the design and creative team to align on briefs and expectations
• Ensure designers have clear direction, assets, and deadlines
• Conduct regular follow-ups to track progress and maintain momentum

Quality & Delivery Management

• Review deliverables before sharing with clients
• Ensure output aligns with brand guidelines and client expectations
• Maintain high standards of creative and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project management (preferably in a creative/design/marketing agency)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality
• Problem-solving mindset with high ownership and accountability
• Basic understanding of design, branding, or creative workflows is a big plus
