WSP is seeking an Associate/Associate Director to provide technical leadership across bridge and civil engineering design and assessment projects within the UK and overseas.You will lead design teams, mentor junior staff, and manage resources, fees, and client relationships while ensuring quality, time and budget. Our Civil/Bridge team in the South West & Wales includes Cardiff, Bristol, Exeter & Truro offices with hybrid working.
