So far, we have helped create more than 10,000 client success stories and educated more than 150,000 people through our webinars, workshops, and health education programs.

Now we are building the next layer: a scalable healing delivery system that can help thousands of people heal better, faster, and more consistently.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR -

We are looking for a Senior Nutrition Manager who can lead this journey end-to-end.

This is not a basic nutritionist role.

This is a high-ownership leadership role for someone who can combine nutrition depth, team-building, hiring ability, training capability, client-outcome thinking, and system-building.

What You'll Own

• Healing Journey Delivery

Ensure every client has a clear nutrition owner, clear next action, and consistent progress throughout the program.

• Hiring & Building the Nutrition Team

Own the hiring, evaluation, onboarding, training, and nurturing of nutritionists so we build a strong, accountable, high-quality delivery team.

• Nutrition Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and manage nutritionists so they become true client owners — not just task executors.

• Diet Plan & Call Quality

Review diet plans, nutrition calls, follow-ups, and escalations to ensure the guidance is personalised, practical, safe, and outcome-driven.

• Client Outcomes

Track what actually matters: symptom improvement, adherence, client satisfaction, progress, testimonials, and referrals.

• Protocols & R& D

Work with doctors and senior experts to convert real client patterns into stronger protocols, SOPs, checklists, templates, and training material.

• Healing Sessions

Plan and conduct powerful one-to-many client education sessions that improve belief, understanding, motivation, and consistency.

• Case Reviews & Escalations

Run structured case reviews where difficult cases are discussed clearly and decisions are made fast.

• Transformation Stories

Build a natural testimonial and referral pipeline by identifying real client wins and nurturing those stories with care.

Who We're Looking For

You'll be a strong fit if you are:

• A senior nutritionist or functional nutritionist with strong gut-health and lifestyle nutrition experience

• Experienced in hiring, onboarding, training, and nurturing nutritionists or wellness coaches

• Someone who has led nutritionists, wellness coaches, or client-delivery teams

• Strong at reviewing diet plans, calls, client progress, and nutrition protocols

• Confident in conducting group sessions, webinars, workshops, or live client education

• Comfortable working with doctors and senior clinical experts

• Obsessed with client transformation, not just completing calls

• A systems thinker who likes documentation, trackers, SOPs, and quality control

• Emotionally mature enough to lead with both empathy and accountability

• Hungry to build something meaningful, scalable, and high-impact

This Role Is Not For You If

• You only want to make diet charts

• You don't have experience in managing the team

• You avoid hiring, training, or managing people

• You avoid documentation, dashboards, or follow-up discipline

• You are uncomfortable leading people and holding them accountable

• You cannot conduct sessions or explain nutrition simply

• You wait for instructions instead of taking ownership

• You care more about activity than client results

Experience We Prefer

• 3–7+ years in nutrition, functional nutrition, gut health, wellness, or lifestyle medicine

• Experience hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring nutritionists or wellness coaches

• Experience managing nutritionists, wellness coaches, or client-delivery teams

• Experience with gut-health clients, lifestyle disorders, and personalised diet plans

• Experience creating protocols, training material, SOPs, or case-review systems

• Experience conducting group sessions, webinars, or client workshops

• Comfort with Google Sheets, CRM, Notion, dashboards, or client tracking systems

Compensation

Compensation will be based on your experience, nutrition depth, leadership ability, session skills, hiring capability, and ownership capacity. This is a senior role and will be paid accordingly.
