Job Role: Placements Head Lead and oversee placement operations across multiple corporates, ensuring seamless delivery of services. Manage and guide a team of placement managers/executives, ensuring timely execution of RFQs, policy placements, and servicing. Drive strategic relationships with insurance companies for obtaining RFQs and competitive quotations.
