About Highring

Highring is a marketplace that connects companies with recruitment agencies across India. Companies post a job once, and we match them with agencies who can fill it. We're growing, and we need someone to bring more companies onto the platform.
What you'll do

Your main job is simple: get companies to sign up and actively use Highring.

Find and reach out to companies who hire regularly Explain how Highring works and why it's easier than managing agencies one by one Get them signed up on the platform Make sure they actually post jobs and keep using it not just sign up and disappear Follow up regularly, solve problems, and keep the relationship going
The target

200 active clients in 12 months.

Active means a company posting at least 3 jobs a month on Highring not just registered, actually using the platform.

This is the number you're working towards. We'll break it down into monthly targets so it's manageable, not overwhelming.

What we're looking for

5-12 years in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (B2 B experience is a plus) Comfortable making calls, doing demos, and following up without needing to be told Good communication you can explain things simply and build trust quickly Target-driven, but not pushy. This is a relationship game, not a one-time sale Basic comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
