What You'll Be Doing:Oversee daily field operations from project startup through completionManage subcontractors, site logistics, schedules, and quality controlPartner closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and trade partnersLead safety initiatives and ensure successful project executionMentor Assistant Superintendents and develop field talentMaintain strong client relationships through consistent project delivery
What They're Looking For:10+ years of Superintendent experience with a General ContractorProven experience leading complex commercial construction projectsBackground in healthcare, education, institutional, residential, or mixed-use projects preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage teams, solve problems, and drive results in the field
