The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: 3-5 years of Project Management experience in commercial, industrial, or design-build construction Experience with light industrial, data center, or PEMB projects preferred Strong communicator who can effectively manage clients, field teams, and subcontractors Proficiency with construction management platforms such as Procore, CMiC, or Bluebeam is an advantage Motivated, team-oriented professional who is eager to grow with a rapidly expanding organization What's on Offer Salary ranging from USD 100.000 to 125.000 annually. 10% annual bonus, HSA benefits, and 3-5 weeks PTO based on experience $600 monthly vehicle allowance or company truck with fuel card Hybrid flexibility, clear advancement opportunities, and a culture focused on maintaining a healthy 40-50 hour work week
