Job Description Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery of budget, schedule, and quality goals Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Manage project financials, including budgets, change orders, forecasting, and cost control Partner closely with field teams to drive safety, quality, and operational excellence Support ongoing company growth by contributing to project strategy, planning, and execution MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: 3-5 years of Project Management experience in commercial, industrial, or design-build construction Experience with light industrial, data center, or PEMB projects preferred Strong communicator who can effectively manage clients, field teams, and subcontractors Proficiency with construction management platforms such as Procore, CMiC, or Bluebeam is an advantage Motivated, team-oriented professional who is eager to grow with a rapidly expanding organization What's on Offer Salary ranging from USD 100.000 to 125.000 annually. 10% annual bonus, HSA benefits, and 3-5 weeks PTO based on experience $600 monthly vehicle allowance or company truck with fuel card Hybrid flexibility, clear advancement opportunities, and a culture focused on maintaining a healthy 40-50 hour work week
