About the Role

Adwings Immigrations is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Immigration Consultant (Pre-Sales) to help clients explore global immigration opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent consultation and sales skills, understand immigration pathways, and be passionate about helping clients achieve their dreams of settling abroad.

This is a client-facing role focused on converting qualified leads through professional consultation and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct profile evaluations for prospective immigration clients. Understand client goals and recommend suitable immigration pathways. Counsel clients on Permanent Residency (PR), Study Abroad, Tourist Visas, and other immigration programs. Explain eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, processing timelines, and service offerings. Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospective clients. Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and referrals. Convert inquiries into successful enrollments. Maintain accurate client records in CRM. Achieve monthly consultation and sales targets. Coordinate with the process team for smooth client handover after enrollment.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities. Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Confidence in handling objections and closing sales. Customer-centric mindset with strong follow-up skills. Basic CRM knowledge. Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Experience

2–5 Years of experience in: Immigration Sales (Preferred) Study Abroad Counseling Insurance Sales Banking Sales Tele Sales B2 C Sales

Experience in Australia PR, Canada PR, Tourist Visa, or Study Abroad consulting will be an added advantage.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) Excellent spoken English and Hindi. What We Offer
