Customer Experience Executive – Luxury Residences

Location: Jaipur | Experience: 1–5 Years | Full-Time

We're looking for a Customer Experience Executive who is passionate about people, believes in exceptional service, and can confidently represent a premium luxury residential brand.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and engage prospective homeowners.
• Conduct project presentations and luxury home walkthroughs.
• Manage enquiries from calls, WhatsApp, digital campaigns, and walk-ins.
• Coordinate site visits, meetings, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for efficient lead management.
• Deliver an experience that is warm, professional, and memorable.

Who We're Looking For

Professionals from Hospitality, Luxury Hotels, Guest Relations, Premium Retail, Aviation, Banking, Relationship Management, Customer Service, or Luxury Lifestyle Brands.

Real estate experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
