Regional Manager Corporate Sales

• Strategic Leadership & Sales Management: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the Central region to expand the footprint of our emerging business remittances. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve regional revenue targets.
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all regional operations strictly adhere to State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations, internal compliance policies, and AML/KYC protocols. Act as the primary point of contact for audit and compliance matters.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation and acquisition to portfolio management. Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to streamline service delivery for SME and freelance clients.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage high-level relationships with key partners, coworking spaces, and institutional clients within the Central region. Provide regular reporting and strategic insights to the National Coverage Head

Qualifications

Minimum Educational Qualification:

• 15 years of total professional experience, with at least 10 years in the banking sector (Trade Finance, Remittances, or SME Banking).

Other Skills & Competence:

• Leadership : Proven track record of managing large, geographically dispersed, or high-volume sales teams.
• Market Knowledge : Deep understanding of the Central region’s economic landscape, specifically regarding the digital export sector and freelancer financial ecosystem.
• Regulatory Acumen : Comprehensive knowledge of the local regulatory environment, specifically regarding remittance policies
