Role Overview

We are inviting applications from Qualified Chartered Accountants who are driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about building a long-term career in accounting, finance, taxation, advisory, compliance, and assurance.

As an Associate / Consultant, you'll work closely with senior professionals and partners on diverse, cross-functional assignments, gaining comprehensive exposure across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the finance function of clients

Undertake month-end closure activities and MIS reporting

Handle direct and indirect tax compliance, including return filings and documentation

Prepare and finalize financial statements as per applicable accounting standards

Assist in statutory audits across sectors

Participate in corporate law and regulatory compliance under Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI

Conduct research and analysis on accounting, tax, payroll, and legal matters

Prepare and review working papers, reports, and deliverables with high accuracy

Contribute to due diligence, valuation, and restructuring projects

Engage directly with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution

Manage fund operations

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualified Chartered Accountant (1-2 years experience)

Strong conceptual understanding of accounting, finance, taxation & auditing

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.)

High integrity, responsibility, and professional ethics

Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow
