What You’ll Be Doing

• Launch and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max – all of it)

• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, CTR, and beyond

• Own the numbers – daily, weekly, and monthly performance tracking

• Analyze data deeply to extract insights and drive smarter decisions

• Build strategies for product launches, scale-ups, and seasonal bursts

• Collaborate with creatives and strategy teams to align messaging and funnel goals

• Stay updated on the latest Google Ads features, algorithm changes, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience running Google Ads for D2C/e-commerce brands

• A proven performance mindset – we’re talking ROAS, not impressions

• Expertise in keyword planning, bidding strategies, campaign structure, and segmentation

• Strong analytical skills – if you don’t love Excel and GA4, we’re not the right fit

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment

• Clear communicator who can translate data into action
