Residential Jr. Construction Manager

FREEPORT, FL. The Jr. Construction Manager is an entry level position within the Construction Manager classification. The position will be responsible for all daily duties that involve the oversight of successful and timely construction of individual single-family homes for the home purchaser. Homes may be under construction within a subdivision or scattered lot. The Jr. Construction Manager will report to the Project Manager and be mentored by an assigned Construction Manager.
