The position of the Maintenance Supervisor is one that will reiterate our corporate philosophy each time contact is made with a ZRS MANAGEMENT resident. The Maintenance Supervisor's primary focus is to assist in the retention of the ZRS MANAGEMENT resident through skilled, efficient, and professional service. The position of Maintenance Supervisor reports directly to the Property Manager. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property, including but not limited to: Prompt and efficient service calls in accordance with the service policy.
