StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $400000.00 - $1200000.00
4-Day Clinical Week | No Call | No Nights | No Weekends

- 99%+ outpatient vascular procedures
- 4-day clinical work week
- No nights, weekends, holidays, or routine overnight call
- Strong arterial, venous & dialysis access case mix
- Dedicated APP, nursing & clinical support
- Minimal administrative responsibilities
- Established referral base & significant regional market share
- Physician-led, rapidly expanding platform
- First-year physician compensation historically averaging approximately $969K within the available completed physician cohort
Practice Growth
- Multiple locations throughout New Jersey
- New site opening Q1 2027
- Additional expansion planned through 2027-2028
- Significant procedural demand and established referral relationships
- Opportunity to focus on complex intervention without traditional hospital obligations

Ideal Candidate
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology
- Eligible for New Jersey medical licensure
- Strong arterial & venous procedural experience
- Interest in complex vascular disease
- OBL/outpatient experience preferred, but not required
Interventional Cardiologists and Vascular Surgeons with significant endovascular experience may also be considered.
