A specialized litigation boutique in New York, is seeking an experienced Appellate Litigation Associate to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation experience who wants to work on complex legal issues, develop advanced litigation strategies, and build a long-term career in a focused practice.
What You’ll Do:Research and analyze complex legal issues involving personal injury, medical malpractice, and New York Labor LawDraft appellate briefs, legal memoranda, motions, and other persuasive legal documentsEvaluate trial records and identify issues that may support appeals or post-trial motionsCollaborate with trial counsel on litigation strategy, case evaluation, and appellate advocacy
What We’re Looking For:3+ years of civil litigation xzbcwsv experience.Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skillsExperience with complex civil litigation, appellate matters, or insurance defense is an advantage
