Role Description The Financial Accountant role at Affordable Innovative Techno Services is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate financial statements, ledgers, and supporting documentation for the organization and its campuses. The Financial Accountant will oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking, while ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies. This position is responsible for timely financial reporting, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and providing analytical insights to support management decisions. The Financial Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, liaise with external auditors and partners as needed, and contribute to improving financial processes and controls. Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance, with practical experience in Financial Reporting and preparation of Financial Statements. Proficiency in Accounting Software and related digital tools used for recording, tracking, and reporting financial transactions. Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. Relevant academic background such as a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA equivalent) are an advantage. Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation basics, and compliance requirements applicable to educational institutions or service organizations. Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and capacity to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with academic, operational, and leadership teams. Prior experience in education, services, or multi-location organizations is beneficial but not mandatory.
