As we continue to grow, we’re looking for hands-on leaders who know how to bring structure to fast-moving operations, develop strong teams, and solve problems in real time.About the RoleAs a Fulfillment Team Lead, Inbound & Outbound, you’ll help lead the day-to-day flow of our fulfillment operation across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands warehouse operations and knows how to keep people, priorities, and workflow moving together. You’ll coordinate associates throughout the shift, monitor operational performance, address bottlenecks, reinforce standard work, and partner with site leadership to deliver against daily goals.You won’t just oversee the operation. You’ll be on the floor helping make it better.What You’ll DoLead day-to-day floor execution across inbound and outbound fulfillment operationsCoordinate labor and assign work across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping based on operational prioritiesMonitor workflow throughout the shift and quickly adjust resources to address bottlenecks and meet Critical Pull TimesLead shift stand-ups and communicate priorities, performance, and operational changes to the teamCoach associates in real time and provide hands-on training on SOPs, quality standards, safety, and best practicesMonitor key operational metrics through the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including Units Per Hour (UPH)Provide clear shift updates and performance reporting to site leadershipTroubleshoot inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, and other operational escalationsConduct routine 5S and safety audits and reinforce a clean, organized, and safe working environmentIdentify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, workflow, and overall operational executionServe as a dependable point of leadership on the floor while setting the standard for ownership, accountability, and teamworkWhat You BringMinimum Qualifications1+ year of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing operationsHigh school diploma or GEDExperience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and OutlookAbility to work on your feet for 10 to 12-hour shiftsAbility to lift up to 49 pounds independentlyAbility to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs, including nights, weekends, and holidaysPreferred Qualifications1 to 3 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience with lead, trainer, or supervisory responsibilitiesExperience supporting both inbound and outbound operationsExperience using operational metrics to manage workflow and team performanceFamiliarity with 5S, Lean, or other Operational Excellence practicesLogistics, supply chain, or related certification or educationStrong communication skills and the ability to lead calmly in a fast-moving environmentWhat Success Looks LikeYou’ll thrive in this role if you’re someone who notices the bottleneck before it becomes a problem, steps in when the team needs support, and takes ownership of getting the shift across the finish line.The strongest Team Leads at 1Commerce combine operational knowledge with people leadership.
