Industrial Designer III

JOB SUMMARY: The Industrial Designer III is responsible for interacting with all teams throughout the Generac global organization contributing to product development, innovation and marketing. The III Level will not only contribute, but regularily lead design translation and project momentum by helping inspire and lead Engineering and Marketing team members through owning strategic conversation, brainstorming sessions, renderings, illustrations, physical prototypes, 3-D models and other forms of samples. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : • Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, or equivalent experience. • 5 years design experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience designing for widely varying audience’s (all Business Groups and ROW) and varying product • Able to lead in phases of product deve
