Impact-Driven Charity Treasurer & Finance Lead

We are seeking a Treasurer as we grow and develop our funding streams. The Board of Trustees is responsible for governing the organisation. They are responsible for growing the overall impact of the charity and for overseeing the strategic plan.Preparing quarterly and annual financial reports for the Board.Preparing the submission to OSCR in liaison with the Chair of Trustees, Director, and with the Independent Examiner.Assisting with the setting and monitoring of the budget.Ensuring we comply with our legal responsibility in relation to finance and more widely as a Board member.Working closely with the Board and the Director to ensure that our processes are streamlined and transparent.Attending quarterly meetings of the Board.Experience requiredYou will have proven experience in financial management and bookkeeping, ideally supported by a relevant formal qualification.
