Role Description The Senior Speech Language Pathologist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders, and developing individualized treatment plans for children with a wide range of needs. The Senior Speech Language Pathologist will deliver evidence-based therapy sessions, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as required. Responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, guiding junior therapists, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and engaging families through education and training to support therapy goals at home. The role also includes contributing to program development and quality improvement initiatives within the centre.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Speech Therapy, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention planning.
- Clinical experience addressing Speech and Language Disorders, with a focus on pediatric populations.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in managing Communication Disorders and related developmental challenges.
- Competence in evaluating and treating Dysphagia and feeding/swallowing difficulties in children.
- Recognized degree in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology-Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Relevant professional licensure/registration as required by local regulations.
- Experience in pediatric rehabilitation or child development centres and working within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong observational, analytical, and documentation skills, with effective communication and family counseling abilities.
- Ability to mentor junior clinicians, manage caseloads efficiently, and contribute to service development and clinical training.
