Medical Aesthetics Provider, RN or NP (Weekends)

The LoftMD is looking for an experienced RN or NP to join our growing medical aesthetics team.  This role is ideal for a provider with hands-on aesthetics experience who is confident with injectables, laser, skin treatments, and patient consultations. We are open to one full-time provider or two part-time providers who can consistently cover our available schedule.

WHO WE ARE
The LoftMD is an open-concept treatment space established in 2015 specializing in intentional aesthetics, advanced skincare, and self-care.
Our medical aesthetics division offers neurotoxin, BBL laser, microneedling, wellness injections, and advanced skin treatments in a collaborative, education-focused environment.

SCHEDULE
We are hiring for consistent weekly coverage during the following hours:
Tuesday: 12 PM–8 PMThursday: 12 PM–8 PMFriday: 9 AM–3 PMSaturday: 9 AM–3 PMSunday: 10 AM–4 PM
We are open to one provider covering the full schedule or two part-time providers dividing the hours. Consistent weekly availability is required.
TRAINING + CLINICAL SUPPORT
Our providers work closely with our Medical Director, Dr. Paige Harrison, who oversees our clinical protocols and approach to patient care.
We provide thoughtful onboarding and hands-on training with Dr. Harrison and experienced members of our team, along with continued investment in advanced education and professional development. xzbcwsv
QUALIFICATIONS
Active Maryland RN or NP licenseMinimum 2 years of hands-on medical aesthetics experienceIndependent neurotoxin injection experienceComfortable with consultations, facial assessment, and treatment planningLaser or energy-based device experience preferredConfident managing post-treatment care and adverse eventsKnowledge of medical-grade skincare preferredProfessional, dependable, and warm with patientsPassionate about continued learning and aesthetic medicine
COMPENSATION + PERKS
Hourly rate of $36-$45 per hour, based on experience
