CFGI is seeking an experienced Managing Director to help lead and expand our Complex Securities Valuation practice. The Complex Securities team advises clients on the valuation of sophisticated financial instruments and equity-based arrangements, including options, warrants, convertible instruments, embedded derivatives, contingent consideration, earnouts, and stock-based compensation. Managing Directors serve as senior trusted advisors to executives, finance leaders, boards, auditors, and other stakeholders. They take ownership of strategic client relationships, lead the most complex valuation engagements, drive business development, develop senior professionals, and contribute directly to the continued growth and market position of CFGI's Valuation practice.
