Job Overview:

Role: E-Commerce Blended Process Location: Mohali, Punjab(On-site) Shifts: Rotational Shift (5 Days Working, 2 Rotational Offs) Salary: ₹28,000 CTC During Training - 20k In-hand Post Training - 23k In-hand PLI - 2k applicable after 3months

Key Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good understanding of customer handling and voice support. Comfortable working in rotational shifts. Ability to resolve customer queries professionally. Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply!

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and concerns through Chat & Email. Provide timely, clear and accurate resolutions. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Ensure a seamless customer experience for e-commerce services.
