We are currently hiring for Data Engineer | Digital Analytics expert for global healthcare and health insurance domain. Job Location is Pune.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Build and manage digital analytics datasets and reporting solutions

Develop data pipelines and analytical reporting frameworks

Collaborate with business, product, and development teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions

Design dashboards, reports, and visualizations to generate actionable insights

Support data validation, UAT, process improvements, and analytics initiatives.

Experience & Qualification:

Must-Have Skills:

• Python
• Databricks
• Elastic / Kibana
• Power BI & Dashboard Development
• Data Modeling & Data Validation
• Cognos Reporting
• Digital Analytics & Reporting

Preferred Skills:

• PeopleSoft Reporting Tools (Pivot Grid)
• Spreadsheet Server
• ERP Reporting Exposure
• SDLC knowledge
• UAT and Functional Documentation

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• 6+ years in IT Consulting, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, or related domains
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python & Databricks
• 2+ years in Analytics Reporting, Kibana, and Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
